Welcome to season 50. Merry Christmas everyone, hope you are enjoying your families.
Sorry I was unable to make a welcome post yesterday after rest, problem is, power was gone at my house for most of the day (10am to 7pm) and after making season reset from work, I was offline for the rest of the day, then we scrambled to make Christmas eve dinner and etc. Ok, so now that we have established that I am human, let's get to reset.
Here is what changes have been attempted to be made:
* Speed was removed from driver DRP
* Reporting was added to driver DRP
* Driver asking salary was changed to reflect DRP changes and to include weight.
* Suppliers changed a bit, but exact changes up to you to find out. There are not exactly as per plan that was announced earlier, I did not get much feedback, so I took some liberties with it.
* Supplier display values have changed:
- Fuel consumption only changed in the database to be represented as real percentage, no visual changes. (range 60-100%)
- Tire wear changed to display real time wear in percentages (60-100%)
- Tire performance (dry and wet) was changed to display performance in percentage (98-100%)
* Training was changed (can not train speed anymore):
- Training will promote training all skills together as opposed to just focusing on one skill. There are 4 trainable skills (+weight): concentration, racing, stamina and reporting. Training each of them slows down a bit the further they get ahead of other skills - you have to train skills together to have biggest gains (skills that are behind other skills are trained at maximum speed). I will let you find out by yourself exactly how it works.
- Randomness has been removed from training. Fitness training always reduces weight by same amount.
* Every class lost one lowest level of parts.

* Drivers ageing was broken, so after it was fixed, drivers got older. weight and skills changed.
* Some sponsor goals were not payed initially. This has been fixed too.
During season:
* During the season new drivers will be added. (after races 6-9-12-15-18)
* Market process will change, where market runs every hour, with asking price changing every hour - when anyone's offer matches or exceeds asking price - driver gets signed. There are a bit more fine details to this, but it will start working after race 5 only.
